General Terms and Conditions: These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legal and binding agreement between 3XPanel, a company based in Rajasthan, India (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and any person (“User” or “Player”) accessing the website https://3xfantacy.shop, the 3XPanel mobile application, including sub-domains, related top-level domains, mobile sites, apps, APIs, and widgets (collectively, the “Platform”), and any content such as text, graphics, video, sound, pictures, or other materials made available via the Platform (“Content”) for participating in various skill-based games (“Services”). By accessing or using the Platform, Users agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and all applicable rules and regulations. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by publishing updated Terms on the Platform. Users will be notified of changes via email or account notifications and may choose to reject modified Terms within the specified timeframe; otherwise, acceptance is assumed. Participation in specific games or content may be subject to additional terms as notified.
Services Offered: The Platform provides Users with a personal, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. The Services, including games like cricket-based skill games, may change without prior notice. Advertisements on the Platform may be targeted based on Content or user interactions. Game-specific rules, scoring, and guidelines are available within each game and form an integral part of these Terms. Users are responsible for any charges incurred, such as internet or mobile data fees, while accessing the Services.
User Registration: To fully utilize the Platform, Users must register and create a single account (“Account”) by providing accurate details, including full name, team name(s), email address, password, state of residence, gender, and date of birth. Registration may also require mobile number verification via a one-time passcode. Only individuals aged 18 or older residing in Indian states or union territories where skill-based gaming is permitted may create an Account. We may request proof of age or identity and reserve the right to refuse or terminate Accounts without reason. Users must keep their registration information updated and are responsible for maintaining Account security. Unauthorized Account access or multiple Accounts may result in suspension, termination, or forfeiture of balances.
Skill-Based Games and Legal Compliance: The games hosted on the Platform, such as the cricket-based game, are recognized as games of skill under Indian law, where player effort and skill significantly influence outcomes, as opposed to games of chance. The Supreme Court of India (Dr. K.R. Lakshmanan vs. State of Tamil Nadu, 1996) defines games of skill as those where success depends on superior knowledge, training, experience, and adroitness. Our games comply with this definition and are exempt from gambling prohibitions under the Public Gambling Act of 1867 in most jurisdictions. However, due to restrictions in certain states, residents of Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Meghalaya, Karnataka, and Sikkim are prohibited from participating in paid versions of the games. We use technologies, including IP address monitoring and KYC verification, to enforce these restrictions. Users providing false information to bypass restrictions are solely liable, and their Accounts may be terminated without notice.
Security: Account access is password-protected, and Users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from Users sharing passwords or failing to secure their Accounts. Users must regularly check their Account balance for unauthorized activity and report issues to 3xpanell@gmail.com. We employ encryption and anti-fraud measures to protect user data and funds, but Users are responsible for using secure payment methods and bear the risk of losses from unauthorized transactions.
User Conduct: Users agree not to engage in activities that: use automated tools to access or scrape the Platform; interfere with Platform functionality; impose excessive traffic; violate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; transmit spam, viruses, or harmful content; or engage in unlawful, offensive, or fraudulent behavior. Uploaded content must not be defamatory, obscene, or unlawful, and Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws. We may take action, including legal recourse, against Users violating these Terms, and we reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for non-compliance.
Payment Terms: Users participating in paid games pay a Contribution, which includes a platform fee (inclusive of GST) and a contribution to the prize money pool, managed by a third-party payment collection agent (Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd.). We may contribute to the prize money pool but have no interest in it beyond acting as an intermediary. User funds are held in a non-interest-earning escrow account by the agent, with payouts made for withdrawals, platform fees, or taxes (e.g., TDS at 30% on winnings above INR 10,000 under the Income Tax Act, 1961). Users have three account categories: Play Money (user contributions), Winnings (prize money), and Bonus Money (non-withdrawable promotional credits). Contributions are debited first from Play Money, then Winnings. Withdrawals, subject to a GST-inclusive fee, require KYC verification, and we may refuse withdrawals if documents are incomplete or fraudulent. Refunds for voided games or transaction errors will be processed within 14 business days after verification.
Game Rules: The Platform hosts a skill-based cricket game where players use four tokens, moved based on dice rolls, aiming to reach the “Home” point. Key rules include: turns based on registration order; 20-second turn limits (three skipped turns result in elimination); safe boxes where tokens are protected; extra rolls for rolling a six, ousting another player’s token, or reaching Home; and restrictions on extra rolls after three consecutive sixes. Prize money depends on the number of players, and winners are determined by the fastest completion of token movement. Games start when the countdown timer reaches zero, and late joiners have three turns to participate. Private games with friends are available via a shared Room ID.
Winner Selection and Taxes: Winners are determined by the fastest completion of moving all four tokens to Home in a game round. Multiple winners may be declared in certain games, with prizes distributed based on completion time. Winnings above INR 10,000 are subject to 30% TDS, deducted before crediting. Winners are responsible for additional taxes (e.g., income or gift tax). We reserve the right to modify prizes or disqualify winners for fraud, non-compliance, or residency in restricted states. Prizes are non-transferable, and winners bear transaction charges.
Fair Play and Fraud Prevention: We enforce fair play by monitoring gameplay for collusion, coin dumping, or unfair practices. Violators face penalties, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, or legal action. Consecutive deposits and withdrawals without gameplay are considered money laundering and may incur penalties. Users can report suspected violations to 3xpanell@gmail.com. We reserve the right to block accounts or withhold winnings for fraudulent activity.
Intellectual Property: All Platform content, including software, games, and media, is owned by 3XPanel, its affiliates, or licensors. Users may not reproduce, modify, or exploit content without permission. User-uploaded content must not infringe third-party rights, and Users grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use their content for Platform purposes. Users indemnify us against claims arising from their content’s use or infringement.
Testimonials: Users providing testimonials grant us a royalty-free license to use their name, likeness, voice, and content for marketing purposes worldwide without additional consent or compensation. Recordings are owned by us, and Users waive rights to inspect or approve their use.
Third-Party Services: The Platform may include third-party links or content, which Users access at their own risk. We are not responsible for third-party site content, transactions, or services. Users must review third-party terms and direct any issues to the respective vendor.
Privacy: Users agree to comply with our Privacy Policy, which governs data collection, use, and protection, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Technical Issues: We are not responsible for user-side technical issues (e.g., slow internet, hardware failures) preventing gameplay, and no refunds are issued for such issues. In case of server-side failures, games may be canceled, and participation amounts refunded after verification. We are not liable for prospective winnings from incomplete games or user disconnections.
Disclaimers: The Platform and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose. We disclaim liability for losses or damages arising from Platform use, including technical failures, third-party actions, or user errors. Users assume all risks of financial loss from participation, and claims must be asserted within one year.
Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, or damages arising from their breach of Terms, unlawful conduct, or misuse of their Account. This obligation survives termination of these Terms.
Termination: We may suspend, modify, or terminate Platform access or features at any time without notice, particularly for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, Users must cease using the Platform and destroy obtained materials. Certain obligations, including indemnification and liability limitations, survive termination.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through discussion within 15 days of written notification. Unresolved disputes will be settled by arbitration in Haryana, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a mutually appointed arbitrator. The arbitration award is final, and parties bear their own costs unless otherwise decided. We may seek injunctive relief from Haryana courts without waiving arbitration rights.

Return, Refund, and Cancellation: Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition with all tags and documents. Refunds are processed within 7 working days to the source account. Services are non-refundable and non-cancelable once payment is made. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before shipping; returns are allowed post-delivery. Shipping occurs within 24 hours (except Sundays and holidays), with delivery in 3-4 business days for courier-serviced areas or 1-2 weeks via Indian Speed Post for others. We are not liable for unavoidable delivery delays and may cancel orders with refunds if delivery is significantly delayed.
Wallet Policies: Users can load up to INR 20,000 per transaction, with a daily cumulative limit of INR 2,00,000. Withdrawals are capped at INR 40,000 per request, with a maximum of two requests per 24 hours and a 24-hour cooling-off period between requests. KYC verification is required for withdrawals to ensure compliance and security.
