Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy: We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to make our return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Products purchased from our platform must be returned within a strict period of 7 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a return. This timeline is crucial to ensure that the returned products can be inspected and processed efficiently. It is essential that all items are returned in their original condition with tags intact, including all packaging materials such as boxes, protective covers, labels, and any accessories or freebies that were included at the time of purchase. Additionally, customers must include the original invoice, courier receipt, and any related documentation when sending back the products. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected, and customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping in such cases.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, our quality control team will carefully inspect the item to confirm it meets our return criteria. Upon successful verification, the company will initiate a refund within 7 working days. This refund will be processed to the original payment method used by the customer during the purchase transaction, whether it be credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or any other supported mode of payment. Please note that the actual time taken for the refund to reflect in your bank or wallet account may vary depending on the financial institution and their processing times. Customers will receive a notification confirming the refund initiation. In cases where an alternative refund method is preferred, please inform our support team prior to initiating the return.

Refund & Cancellation – Service Provider Category: For services offered under the service provider category, due to their nature, no refund or cancellation requests will be entertained once the payment has been successfully processed and the service has commenced or been scheduled. This includes digital services, consultations, event tickets, subscriptions, and other non-tangible goods or services. Customers are advised to carefully review service descriptions and terms before making a purchase to avoid any misunderstandings. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a service before payment, please reach out to our support team for clarification.

Cancellation Policy: Customers wishing to cancel their order may do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests made within this window will be processed promptly, and no charges will be applied. However, after the 24-hour period has elapsed, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted as the order might have already been processed or dispatched. It is important to note that while cancellation is restricted beyond this timeframe, returns remain available for products that meet the eligibility criteria outlined in our return policy.

Alternatively, cancellation is possible only before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is strictly not permitted. Customers will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details to monitor their package in real-time. In the rare case that you wish to cancel after shipment, we recommend refusing delivery or initiating a return as per the standard return policy after receiving the product. This approach ensures a smoother process and faster resolution.

Shipping & Delivery: We take pride in our efficient and reliable shipping services. Orders placed on our platform are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and recognized national holidays to ensure timely dispatch. Delivery timelines for products shipped via courier services generally range between 3–4 business days from the date of shipment for urban and metro locations. For customers in remote or rural areas, shipments sent through Indian Speed Post may take longer, with expected delivery times of approximately 1–2 weeks. Tracking numbers and carrier details will be provided once your order ships so you can stay updated on its progress.

Please be advised that occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen logistical issues such as adverse weather conditions, transportation strikes, natural disasters, or other force majeure events beyond our control. In such instances, the company cannot be held liable for delayed deliveries and requests customers’ patience and understanding. If a shipment becomes untraceable or delayed beyond a reasonable period, the company reserves the right to cancel and refund the order amount after due diligence and attempts to resolve the issue with the courier service.
